Sources, privacy and limits

Method and limitations

AI10xNow publishes practical workflow evaluation resources. The name expresses a subject area, not a performance guarantee.

How to read these guides

We distinguish source-backed concepts from editorial recommendations and illustrative examples. Links point to primary guidance where feasible. The site does not certify products, assign independent vendor ratings or claim that every recommendation suits every organization.

Sources and editorial judgment

The NIST AI Risk Management Framework informs the risk-management framing. Microsoft evaluation guidance informs distinctions among relevance, grounding and completeness. Worksheets, examples and the calculator are original practical interpretations, not endorsed implementations of either organization's guidance.

Guides were reviewed on November 2, 2026. Model behavior, services and guidance can change. Verify requirements against the current primary source and your organization’s policies before acting.

Privacy and local tools

The calculator and speaker-brief builder run locally in the browser. They have no account, server submission or saved input history. Copy and download occur only when you choose those actions. Avoid entering confidential business information. Ordinary hosting may process request metadata; this page makes no claim of anonymous browsing or independent access controls.

What this site does not provide

No professional certification, legal advice, guaranteed productivity improvement or assurance that an AI system is safe. There is no purchasing, advisory engagement or subscription form. Use the resources as inputs to a decision made by accountable people.

Useful starting points

Speaker directory and selection guide

The speaker directory uses primary profiles and published speaking topics. Alphabetical inclusion is not a ranking or endorsement. Audience-fit notes and topic filters are editorial suggestions, not independent tests of delivery quality. Confirm topics, availability and format directly. Sources and the complete supporting scope notes remain available in each expandable profile.

The selection guide offers original event-planning questions and a local brief builder. It does not send inquiries, provide booking services or predict event outcomes. Its resources are not attributed to listed speakers.

Portraits and visual attribution

Where a supplied or authorized publicity portrait is available, its source is linked in that person’s profile. Other profiles use intentional initials, not generated faces. Every profile receives the same card structure and ordinary alphabetical placement. No endorsement by a speaker is implied.
